INCEPTION (Christopher Nolan, 2010)
First you have to endure over an hour's worth of relentless strings, thudding psychobabble and games of my-hypothetical-dick-is-bigger-than-your-hypothetical-dick. (If you still hurt inside because you never got to beat up a boy in high school, you'll love this.) But there is fun to be had eventually. And you can always rely on Marion Cotillard to pop up in a key sequence or two and startle a bloated conceit into resonant drama.
